ASD SIMPLIFIED TECHNICAL ENGLISH (STE)

LANGUAGE SERVICES

STE is a ”controlled language” which is called for by the S1000D and ATA i2200 specifications for use in technical publications.

We offer training in STE. We also offer analysis of a company’s need for controlled language and implementation of controlled language.

Many projects also require other language services such as STE and English language editing, proof-reading and translation. Saab can provide all of these services.

Where translation is concerned, Saab has internal resources for smaller translation projects and we can co-ordinate larger translation projects through our preferred suppliers (translation companies) and our network of freelance translators.
