Company News Brief - 6/2005
Season's greetings and very welcome to this final issue of Saab Aerostructures Company News Brief in 2005, our newsletter produced specifically for you readers.
We hope you have enjoyed our Company News Brief so far and look forward to greeting you next year. The first issue of 2006 will be in February, as always with useful news and articles on what's happening at Saab Aerostructures.

At that time Saab has launched a new website, www.saabgroup.com. As a result of this our website www.saabaerostructures.com will be discontinued. In this News Brief you will learn more about why we do this change and how it benefits Saab.
We are also happy to announce that we have been chosen to carry out modifications of two Saab 340 B plus for the Japanese Cost Guard. In this newsletter you will learn that Saab Aerostructures has performed modifications required for search and rescue operations before, back in the nineties.
We also want to deliver some news of our work within the project that for the time being goes under the header “The way forward". Our aim with this project is to gather all activities regarding lean operations and operating principles. In this issue you will read about our first steps toward our own “Toyota Way"
Finally, I would like to wish you all the very best during the holidays and throughout the New Year!
