Saab Bofors Dynamics is a relatively young company with tradition of modular high technology; from Bofors, Saab, Nobel Industries och FFV Ordanance. We are present on the global market and as partners in large international collaborations.
More than 80 % of our backlog of orders of approximately EUR 950 million comes from the international market.
Saab Bofors Dynamics have two core businesses; complete misile solutions and short range support weapons.

Among our products are shoulder-launched support weapons, including Carl-Gustaf, AT4/AT4 CS. Our air defense systems include the latest version of the RBS 70 with the new BOLIDE missile and the all-weather BAMSE system. The naval surface-to-surface missile, RBS 15 Mk3, was selected as armament for the German Navy’s new corvettes – the K130.
Our international collaboration can be exemplified by the IRIS-T IR-guided, air-to-air missile, the Meteor medium-range, radar-guided, air-to-air missile and the new guided anti-tank weapon for Great Britain and Sweden – the NLAW.

We intend to continue to be the dominant supplier to the Swedish Defense Forces within the area of systems for precision effect through a constant renewal of our services, products and systems. At the same time, we shall be a significant actor on the international market, both as a system supplier and as a partner.
