The new business unit consolidates the broad surveillance know-how within the Saab Group into a single organisation with overall responsibility for the sales, marketing and management of Saab’s airborne surveillance operations.

The first project to be managed by the new organisation is the contract for a complete Airborne Surveillance System for Pakistan. The programme includes a complete solution comprising airborne systems, ground based systems as well as logistics and support solutions.
