Saab Danmark A/S
Maersk Data Defence A/S has been acquired by the Saab Group. Because of this, the company has changed its name to Saab Danmark A/S as of 1. December 2006.
The company will remain a Danish registered company with Danish management and residence. Other than the change of name, there will be no change in addresses in connection with the new ownership.
In the future the organisation will be divided into four main divisions: Naval and Air & Land within the business unit Saab Systems and Communication and Civil Security solutions within the business unit Saab Communication.
Restructuring will be based on existing products and project areas. As a result Saab Danmark will from now on be able to include supplementary products and competences from the rest of the Saab organization along with our own.
Saab Danmark A/S will naturally continue all present relations and tasks, and all concluded obligations will be met within Saab Danmark A/S. We look forward to a continuing good co-operation.
