Saab Training Systems AB signs a support contract with the Slovenian Armed Forces

 

Saab Training Systems, Huskvarna, has signed a support contract with the Slovenian Armed Forces. The contract, worth 25 MSEK, covers the maintenance and operational support of the combat training installation that the company will commence delivery of in January 2008.

The Royal Netherlands Army has awarded Saab Training Systems, Huskvarna Sweden, the contract for the first Mobile Battalion Combat Training Centre, with deliveries beginning in 2007. The value of the contract to Saab is 350 MSEK.

The UK MoD has in competition awarded Saab Training Systems, Huskvarna in Sweden, a contract for simulators for a new anti-structure munitions (ASM) including an initial support package. The total contract value is in excess of GBP 1 Million.

Saab Training USA Awarded Contract with United States Marine Corps

Saab Training USA, LLC, Orlando, Florida was on the 11 Dec. 2006 awarded a contract by the U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) to procure Small Arms Transmitters (SAT) for the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES 2000) tactical engagement system, used in Military Operation in Urban Terrain (MOUT) training.
