Beliefs into practice
To meet our high aspirations, at Saab we do not simply espouse values and standards of conduct. We take many steps to put these commitments into practice.

For instance, we are committed to following the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the UN Global Compact; we continuously
address ethics issues that arise in our business, principally through our Ethics and Corporate Responsibility Council; and we have formally articulated the principles for how we work with fellow employees, our customers and business partners, our shareholders and society through the Saab Code of Conduct.
A guide for all
This Code of Conduct guides how all Saab employees, agents and other representatives conduct business on behalf of the company. All of us are expected to follow the Code’s standards. At Saab, we also seek business partners that subscribe to high standards of conduct in our work together. Our business relationships must be based on integrity and mutual trust, or we must conclude the relationship. This is our commitment at Saab – a commitment to operate by high standards of conduct in all that we do.
