Machining
Our machinery is ideal for cutting processing and includes, for instance, equipment for milling and turning (CNC/NC/Manual), grinding (NC/Manual), honing, electro-discharge machining (EDM) and jig drilling.
Materials engineering
Our ability to supply you with finished components is made possible by modern in-house resources for the most popular options in terms of surface treatment, heat treatment and non-destructive testing (NDT). Should we need to outsource surface treatment for any reason, we have a well-established network of skilled subcontractors who all comply with our stringent quality requirements.
Measurement
"To measure is to know" – as a supplier of precision engineering, our ability to measure and verify results is vital. We have all manner of equipment to satisfy all possible requirements, meaning we can offer coordinate measurement and measurements to check straightness, roundness, surface smoothness and radii to thousandths of a millimetre.
Assembly
As a Saab Natech customer, you will always be able to count on receiving a complete part – ready to enter stores or production. That is why we regard assembly of additional components, such as bearings, bushings, helicoils, etc., as an integral part of our activities.
