Investor Relations Information policy

Information policy on information for the capital market for Saab, Investor Relations Policy, established by the board of Saab AB.

Background

Saab is a stock exchange company listed on Stockholmsbörsen, the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Saab will comply with the legislation regarding the stock exchange and securities, as well as other applicable laws and ordinances for share companies in Sweden.

This information policy on information for the capital market establishes how current Investor Relations work within Saab should be managed.

The information policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) was approved by the board of Saab on 30th March 2004 and then published externally on the Saab Group webpage.

This Policy shall be revised as required; there must, however, be at least one review a year. As a general rule:

  • Saab will supply rapid, simultaneous, correct, relevant and reliable information to its shareholders, the capital market, society and the media, and
  • Saab will work for an active and open dialog with market players regarding Saab’s historical development and future prospects, business development and opportunities for growth, all within the framework for applicable stock exchange regulations and laws.

This Policy was established by the board of Saab on 30th March 2004.
