The Saab Series B share has been listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange.

Saabs share capital amounts to SEK 1,746,405,504 and consisted of 103,896,041 listed Series B shares and 5,254,303 unlisted Series A shares. Series A shares have ten votes each, while Series B shares have one vote each. The par value per share is SEK 16.

Approximately 554,737,000 Series B shares, corresponding to 50 percent of the share capital and 36 percent of the votes, are available via the stock market. A round lot consists of 100 shares. Of the companys Series A shares, 4,207,123 are owned by Investor and 1,047,180 by BAE Systems.
