Dividend policy

Saab's long-term dividend policy is to distribute 20-40 percent of income after tax over a business cycle.

The Board of Directors is recommending a dividend of SEK 4.50 per share and Friday, April 18, 2008, as the record day for the dividend. With this record day, VPC is expected to distribute the dividend on Wednesday, April 23, 2008.
