The Board of Directors of Saab has decided to utilize its authorization to repurchase the company’s shares in order to guarantee the Share Matching Plan 2007.
Acquisitions are made on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (Stockholmsbörsen) at a price that falls within the registered share price range at the time.
Acquisitions can be made from June 8, 2007 until the conclusion of next year’s Annual General Meeting. However, no acquisitions will be made during the 30-day period prior to the public release of quarterly reports, including the date of release, i. e. 14 June up to 13 July.
The highest number of shares which are intended to be repurchased is 1,000,000.
