INTEROPERABILITY MADE EASY

The MIP Product Suite can be delivered immediately and comprises both software and intellectual capacities. The products of the suite can be combined in support of different needs spanning from mere education to a full scale development of a MIP interface.

Using the MIP Product Suite will ensure that changes needed in the C2 system will be kept at minimum level.

This is made possible by combining the software capabilities of the MIP Product Suite with specialist competence.

General Features:

COTS:

The Saab MIP Product Suite consists of a number of components that have been developed over several years to solve needs identified in customer organisations. Since the same needs were identified again and again, Saab decided to invest in turning these components into a mature product suite of capabilities and services that is offered as COTS, thereby reducing delivery time and risk.

Flexibility & Simplicity:

The suite of products can be combined in any way that fulfils the need in question and comprises both intellectual capacities as well as software components in support of MIP system definition, integration and data exchange.

Second to None Competency:

Saab has since 1999 been active in the MIP Community influencing the standard with experience gained defining and developing C2 systems and has in parallel built up a deep knowledge about all aspects of the MIP standard. This competency has been used to develop the MIP Product Suite and is also offered as consultancy and training services.

The MIP Product Suite is available out of the box on several platforms.

Operating Systems: Windows, Linux.

Database Management Systems: MS SQL Server, Oracle.
