While they are calm and proceeding with every caution, their job can be very noisy. And they have good reason to act with the utmost care, since it is dangerous to be a deminer of the Swiss Armed Forces for the disposal of explosive ordnance. In Switzerland they destroy unexploded ordnance, and in Asia or Africa mines and enormous ammunition dumps.
