Reference extract

Visby class

The Visby class of stealth corvettes is being built for the Swedish Navy. The vessel's command and control systems consist of the Saab 9LV combat management system with fully integrated CEROS 200 radar and optronic fire control system. The 9LV is based on open architecture and uses the Windows NT operating system.

ANZAC class

Continuing upgrades to the Royal Australian ANZAC Frigate programme. Improvements to existing Saab Fire Control System using leading 9LV Combat Management System and integration of new sensors. Saab has worked with the ANZAC frigates since 1990 and has continuously improved the capability of the ship. This has led to the ANZAC frigates being one of Australia's most successful defence procurements and has resulted in some of the world's most capable frigates.
