Test Systems and Equipment

Saab offers outstanding experience in the entire range from field test equipment to test systems for production test and workshop maintenance.

We design and build test systems and data acquisition systems with open architecture for design verification, production test or maintenance production in electronics, electro mechanics and communication products.

Saab offers consultants to organize cost effective testing strategies or select a test method that ensures optimal production. We also develop applications for our customers’ products, which are integrated in complete, customer-adapted systems.

We develop general test and diagnostics systems, if needed ruggadized, with measurement and maintenance capabilities that can easily be adapted to various target platforms. Test and diagnostic systems that can work both on-board and standalone, with integration to built-in-test and PDM procedures as needed.

For a system in continuous operation a reliable, powerful and easy-to-use maintenance support will enhance the system's capability. Saab developed test equipment are in use on all levels of maintenance, from field level to intermediate and depot level.

Additionally, all our solutions are built on standard modules that are reusable, open, user-friendly, simple to extend and easy to integrate with existing systems. Our customers include world-leading major suppliers and organizations within the defence, telecommunication and automotive sectors.
